EXECUTIVE COACHING

To ensure that both the coach and the coachee are satisfied, our coaches have senior management backgrounds, and they understand the complexities of delivering a mandate in fast moving operations, through human systems and working relationships.

To begin with, before any coaching begins, the coach and coachee meet and assess the traction in the coaching relationship. The coaching is normally agreed with the coachee or the client for an agreed number
of sessions within a time frame. Progress will be evaluated over the period. The coaching sessions encourage the coachee’s self awareness on topics that shift their development and effectiveness. We work with senior executives and leaders whose own evolution on the job makes a difference to their output results. A coaching agreement may be six to ten, two hour meetings within ten months, however these items are tailored for best results.
