Executive Coaching

For individuals

Both executives and non-executive coachees find insights through one-to-one coaching conversations.

The illustration describes how conversations unfold during a meeting and across a coaching programme.

First the person meets and selects a coach they want to work with. Selection depends on whether the coach’s style, approach, and background fits the coachee’s own style in light of coachee objectives. Several of our coaches combine coaching and mentoring with a minimum of advice giving.

Conversations

Begin in an environment that facilitates open conversation. Expectations, goals and KPIs are clarified.

Coaches manage the nonlinearity of conversations, while keeping them focused.

Tangible results

Ideally, people sound ideas out, develop genuine solutions and subsequently increase their responsibility or ownership of their part of the organisation.
