Multidisciplinary teams, strategic visioning groups, operational teams. We work with people from different disciplines and professions who are engaged in working together as equal stakeholders in addressing a common challenge.
The lack of shared vocabulary between members of a multidisciplinary team, and communication between them is an additional challenge for these teams and projects. For example a team experiencing a particular type of challenge (among members and in its external communication) chose reflexive practice.
In that case, our role was to facilitate interactions within the group so that each challenge was properly deconstructed. Individual conversations occurred in parallel. In this way, the multidisciplinary team became exceptionally efficient and effective.
